This house needs room, I would love to keep it but have not found a place on my layout. You get house, landscaping, people and I will add a car ( 1/87) scale.. All you have to do is set it w it belongs on your set. Scene measures 17 x 11 inches the two light sections in the roof had to be minded so I used modeling clay to do so. Questions please ask, look at my other ides for more great things I will always combine shipping to what the post office charges.
