Lt Cmdr Ralph G. Boalt, Winona, MN, WWII Navy officer military records, photo . Photo image 6 1/2 X 4 1/2 in. Before entering the Navy in 1942, Boalt (1900-1975) was vice president of the J.R. Watkins Co., Winona National Savings Bank and Owl Motor Company. His family was prominent in Winona, Minn. Boalt was stationed on Maui; the U.S. Naval Air Station, Glenview IL; Cape May, NJ Naval Base; at the Naval Training School, Quonset Point, Rhode Island. Includes his copies of orders,1949 honorable discharge certificate, various ID cards in leather embossed service record book with three small pins (American Legion 25 year pin, U.S. Naval Reserve pin and one other).
