This doll looks alot like a reproduction Ludwig Greiner Doll, but we have no way of knowing. Her head seems to be glass, with a painted face, and stuffed limbs and hands much as Greiner's dolls would have been. She is wearing a traditional (what do I know!!!) vintage outfit including a pink velveteen bonnet, a lace dress with a pink netting over it. Notice the cool little pearl necklace (don't say real, it probably isn't!). But she is a great example of a vintage doll. That black string on her left hand is just our inventory label and will be removed. If any one knows more about her I'd love to know about it. You all have been great to fill me in on this stuff.
