1970's LUDWIG VISTALITE 14x22 CLEAR BASS DRUM All original parts with original badge (see 3rd photo). Drum sounds great and is in great shape overall, no cracks/spiderwebs, some scuffs from normal play near pedal. Original die cast chrome hoops (super clean with no pitting or rust). Batter side has all original t-rods. Resonant side, just standard lugs. But, I just saw an auction for Ludwig T-rods, so they are easy to come by.Hoops and hardware are in pristine condition with no pitting or rust. Spurs are original and show some minor rust (see pic 7). Kick has slots for 4 spurs, but I only played with 2 and the kick never walked. center tom mount is missing 2 bolts, but main assembly is in place & in good shape. I played my rack tom on a snare stand and never used the tom mount. Batter head is a REMO Powerstroke 3, resonant head is Ludwig. This drum is fierce with a fast attack and minimal sustain. Very punchy. Serial number is: 1110051 Included with the tom is a Humes & Berg Drum Seeker gig bag. Extra padding on all sides.I gigged these (see other items) drums for 2 years. They are the envy of every drummer, they sound like thunder, and they look and feel amazing.Other Vistalite Auctions:13x9 Clear Tom16x16 Blue Floor Tom16x16 Blue Floor Tom18x16 Blue Floor Tom5x14 Amber SnareWill only ship to the lower 48.
