You are bidding on a gorgeous vintage sterling silver set. It is a 72 piece set of Lunt Evening Rose sterling silver. The set first came out in 1952, it is a subdued design with a neat little rose at the top of each piece. None of the pieces are monogramed. This is a very heavy set, with over 75 ounces of sterling silver. The set is used, and has minor some scratches from use. Two of the knives have pitting in the stainless, with one not useable, but I will include it anyway. The largest serving spoon shows the most wear, but no dents, some surface wear. The greatest thing about this set is the serving pieces. You get 8, including a huge spoon and fork that each weigh about 3 ounces! Also included are 5 demitasse spoons, which can be very hard to find. Also includes the wood silverware chest, the chest has several scratches and dings, still very functional. I am listing this set at a very reasonable price and Buy It Now at about $10 per ounce. A very good buy. is what you will get:
