They are attached to a blue base that says "The milk chocolate melts in your mouth-not in your hand". Both of Red & Yellow dispense candy when their arms are pulled down. We bought this item in used condition and have never used it. We have kept this dispenser on a shelf as part of a larger m&m collection. The dispenser stands about 10 inches high and 12 inches wide. The are a few scratches that can be seen in the latter pictures. Item comes from a smoke free and pet free home. Bidder accepts condition of the item as described and agrees to pay the winning bid amount. Winner of auction agrees to pay the winning amount within 5 days of auction ending. No warranty available and no returns accepted. Paypal only and only ships within the continental U.S. We do our best to package any item so that they do not shift or break during shipping.
