THIS IS A COLLECTOR MUST HAVE! The "M1 Garand 6 N 1 Collector Gauge" Is a unique and incredibly useful item. This is a precision Gauge, designed to fit in your pocket. Also great for checking parts before you purchase them. Gauge is to government specifications. Tracking number provided. 1) Firing pin Minimum height test .044 Max .059 Lower gauge onto face of bolt, push firing pin forward from rear. 2) OP Rod. 0525 NO-GO. piston should not pass through. 3) Muzzle Test, bullet test. Crown of muzzle should not bottom out on gauge, If muzzle is worn. 4) Barrel bearing, NO-GO . Gauge should not pass over bearing surface. 5) Sight width, 4 Width's. Select manufacturer of rifle and pass it over the sight, dimension can vary. 6) Bullet guide, GO/NO-GO.
