Machinist Tool Chest, Gerstner Machinist Chest, Gerstner & Sons, Tool Chest. This is a nice vintage wood machinist tool chest from Gerstner & Sons, Dayton, Ohio. I believe all pieces are original. There are seven drawers. The original felt liners have some wear and tear, and some staining. The top cover folds up and locks into place once the latches are closed. The metal pieces on this have some rusting. The outside has some wear and tear from age and use. The Gerstner name is embossed on the center latch. It appears the Gerstner label was once affixed to the center of the bottom drawer, but it's been removed. I'll place it in the top drawer when shipping. There is no key.
