A beautiful Mackenzie-Childs Lemon Curd pattern butter dish, hand-painted yellow checks and stripes, with flowers and gold lustre trim [2 pieces] circa’83 (7.7LX6.5WX4.5T). Both pieces are hand-crafted ceramics and stamped with the Mackenzie-Childs trademark, and dated on the back 1983. It is from their sample sale, as the marks on the back indicate, the top is also slightly misshaped(see photo). It is in excellent 'used' condition without chips or cracks. Authentically crafted by artisans in Aurora, NY. Hand wash with care.
