CHECK OUT MY NEW EBAY STORE - THE MAD CAVE!! All Buy-It-Now items have FREE shipping. This is a cool piece of MAD Magazine memorabilia. Produced in the 2000's, this lot contains a set of prints of MAD Magazine cover art. Dubbed, "The Soul Of MAD", these prints were chosen by William M. (Bill) Gaines, and editors John Ficarra and Nick Meglin, as being the cover art which represented most what MAD Magazine's humor was all about. Later, these original cover paintings were sold at auction though Heritage Auction Galleries, with the cover of MAD #30 selling for an incredible $250,000+! Prints of the art were made before the art was sold, and were assembled as a collection in a special envelope, which is what you see here. Each print measures approx. 8" by 10", and on the back of each print is a history of the cover art shown on the front. This collection of prints is in Near Mint condition, with ultra-light handling and storage wear. They are ready to hang, if you wish.PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due within 7 days. Period.
