*MADAME ALEXANDER ~SWEET SARA~ 18" DOLL (2006). This darling blue-eyed blond baby girl has the most beautiful face. She has a vinyl head, arms, and legs with a stuffed body. Her body is clean. Her hair is kind of messy and could use a recurl. Her original pink dress is pretty light so it may be faded. She is dressed in the cutest sleeper and has a little pup to keep her safe at night.
