Really cute Madame Alexander Doll. The Wizard of Oz Emerald City Hairdresser appears complete has tag and looks unused and NRFB. Minty doll still has hair net. The year seems to be 2001-2002-ish based on the box, the pastel color and somewhat shiny cardboard stock support this. Im not a Madame alexander doll expert so questions are welcome and encouraged.
