You're bidding on a Magnuson Models Inc. HO Scale building, "Victoria Townhouses". Magnuson Ho Scale size models are known for their detail and materials used in the models themselves. They are impressive once built and laid on a layout and definately give a realistic look. This is a true kit so nothing is painted. Its up to your vision the final look. Many Magnuson kits contain pewter parts. Not sure if this one has them as the kit was boxed a certain way with the parts, but you will definitely be happy with the kit. These kits are from an estate and have been stored away for years never been worked on. Its time they shine on someones layout.
