FINE 1920'S CUSTOM MAHOGANY QUEEN ANNE DESK-20th CENTURY MOVIE CO. PROP (PRICE REDUCED FOR FAST SALE) Allston Antiques is pleased to offer you this finely custom crafted 1920's mahogany Queen Anne desk with exquisitely carved cabriolet legs and classical pad feet This desk is 49" long, 28 1/2" wide and stands 31" tall. It has high clearance and can accept of wide variety of desk chairs (we have a great Sack's chair that we purchased along with it-please see our other listings) and a wide top drawer that is finely concealed within its molding work. This piece comes to us from a massive acquisition we were fortunate to purchase from the 20th Century Film Co.'s movie props department. We have several 100 major items to get listed as quickly as possible. We did not have an opportunity to even polish or detail this piece before photographing. We are straight out trying to process several truck loads from this buy alone. We promise you that we will professionally detail this desk before it arrives to you. Good Queen Anne desks are extremely hard to find and competition is stiff when we do find one this nice. Its in very good condition with only a tiny nick on the glass top that you can hardly notice. Its there so we have to tell you about it no matter how small it is. Your not only buying a wonderful desk but a piece of Hollywood history for less than the fine desk.
