Up for Auction is a Maine made Pie Vent in the shape of a Bird, Hand Painted to resemble a Gold Finch. You place the Bird in the center of the pie through the top crust, and the steam comes out through the beak so that your pie doesn't run over in the oven. They are about 3 1/2" tall and about 2" wide. A Real must have for bakers. Returns not accepted.
