This beautiful old majolica/blended glaze jardiniere with matching stand has been kept indoors for all if not most of its life, and because of this both pieces are in pristine condition. They are glazed in shades of green, tan and brown, and the pedestal features stylized rosettes around the base and the lip. Approximately four inches from the top of the jardiniere, the majolica glaze blends to a pale matte green finish with rosettes matching those on the stand. The pedestal itself is 20.5 inches high and 10.5 inches in diameter at the base. The jardiniere is 11 inches high, 13.5 in diameter at its widest point, and has an inner opening diameter of 11 inches. This is a wonderful old piece, and the price of $375.00 includes shipping and insurance within the continental United States.
