For Sale is this Awesome 1970 Mattel Barbie Surpise Doll House with the true 1970's Retro themed decor! The doll house is in great used condition. The original box that the doll house came in does have wear and tear and writing on the box. It comes with a serial number 4963-07001-1 dated 1970. The measurements of the doll house are 32 x 17 x 27It is hard to believe this doll house is 43 years young! The dollhouse also includes the following items: The Original Sofa and Chair which are in very good condition- it also includes the original red/black checkerboard table. The Original Orange Dining Table in very good condition- I do not have the two original chairs The Original White Bed in good condition (it looks like someone had placed a sticker on it at one time as there is some sticker residue left on the bed and there is some color fading on the bed). It does not include the Clothes Rack for the Bedroom. The bed is very fragile- the plastic is not heavy at all and could crack easily so it has to be handled with extreme care. The Original Yellow Swing in good condition (there is some peeling of the sticker placed on the swing). I DO have the original clip that attachs the swing to the house which is a VERY rare find!
