United Artists presents "THE MAN WITH THE GOLDEN ARM" (1955) A film by Otto Preminger Starring Frank Sinatra, Eleanor Parker, Kim Novak, Arnold Stang, Darren McGavin, John Conte and Doro Merande This complete lobby card set (title card and 7 scene cards) is in good condition. Please note: when the cards are held at arms length, the defects described below are, for the most part, unnoticeable. The tack holes mentioned are of the small variety (unlike some which equate to large craters in the paper). The colors are bright (no fading) and the scenes utilized are interesting ones (reflecting the torment Sinatra is going through). Title card--with Saul Bass artwork: 5 tack holes, one tiny border tear and signs of use (some dirt smudges). #2: 3 tack holes, a minor surface scratch, quite clean. #3: 4 tack holes, minor paper lift in the bottom border which affects the NSS verbiage but doesn't intrude into the artwork, small paper lifts in the top corners. #4: no tackholes, a few inconsequential stains (near the NSS verbiage in bottom right border) otherwise quite clean. #5: 5 tack holes, quite clean. #6: 6 tack holes, one small border tear, very light blemishes on right border. #7: no tack holes, minor dirt smudges on right border. #8: 6 tack holes, one tiny stain on right border.
