I only accept As soon as your payment is posted to Paypal, I will prepare you package for shipping. I try to ship within the new 1 day policy set by Ebay but sometimes delays occur. SHIPPING AND HANDLING The shipping includes the shipping amount and handling costs within the continental United States only. I try to keep the shipping cost as low as possible. There is nothing I can do about the USPS rates. Effective 1/27/2013 the USPS increased the price, estimates are 3% - 6% depending on the service selected. I try to use first class and Priority Mail when possible. I will combine shipping costs for multiple items.
