Map of City and County of Santa Cruz California Copyrighted by Jack A. Rossiter, 1960 Edition Beautifully drafted and compiled map.Jack A. Rossiter died in 2000 after living in Santa Cruz for 54 years.He designed several Pacific Avenue stores and custom homes in more than 30 years as an architect.It is very crisp and clean map. This may have been the first time it was ever fully opened. It has been stored for decades in a smoke and pet free home, from the collection of a retired travel agent. Measures ~ 3 3/4" X 8 1/2" folded. Please see photos for condition. Payment through PayPal only please. No returns and no international shipping.
