This map was prepared for inclusion in SENATE DOCUMENTS 2d Session, 37th Congress, Volume IV, MAPS A large and detailed map. Measures approx. 36 x 27 1/4 inches. Shows creases where folded; with some separation along a couple of folds. Will ship flat or you can pick up.Map shows almost all of Oregon. It extends from the Washington Territory boundary in the north to Christmas Lake in the south and from the Willamette River in the west to the Snake River in the east. Details Mount St. Helen's, Mount Adams, and Fort Walla Walla up in the Washington Territory. Large portions of land on either side of the Blue Mountains are labeled 'Unexplored'.The map shows: Emigrant Road to Oregon; Capt. Wallen's Route in 1859; Routes travelled by Maj. E.
