Marblehead Pottery Vase in Wisteria glaze in excellent condition. Lovely grey/purple glaze and beautiful texture to this piece. This vase shows no signs of repairs, no cracks, with any imperfections likely coming from original firing process. Beautiful piece in excellent condition f rom the classic Marblehead collection.Please note: the Marblehead stamp is not visible on the bottom. Although much of the surviving (and known) pottery does have the famous Marblehead stamp (ship rig and M & P) when the Marblehead Pottery company produced pottery from 1904-1936, stamping was not consistently done. Stamps were often misplaced and/or lost and many pieces were completed and sent to customers unstamped.
