SATISFACTION GUARANTEED . Please see my other quality MARBLE auctions!! CHAMPION What a find! These GREAT MIX OF Old-Fashioned Champion swirls were bought at an estate sale and are in near-mint condition, with a few factory imperfections. The former owner purchased them right at the factory. I talked to Dave McCullough, who was manager of Champion Agate Company of Pennsboro, West Virginia, in the 1970's, and he said these are definitely the the nice old Champions that they used to make. (See under "Identification Guide" or page 49 of Greenberg's Guide to Marbles for more info and a photos.) Most of these marbles were sent to the Glass House of London in England at the time they were made, so they're quite hard to find. Thanks for looking & happy bidding! Size 9/16" to 5/8" . 2006 New Marble Book, Schiffer Books American Machine Made Marbles by Dean Six, Susie Metzler, and Michael Johnson shows some of the CHAMPION MARBLES on pages 58-67.
