This lot, A MARBLE CONSIGNMENT , consists of a 43/64" (17 mm) Peltier Glass Co. "Picture Marble" (ca. 1930s) in Mint (9.3) condition with an as-made pinprick blow out (examined, as always, under 20-power magnification with strong lighting). It has the comic character (Augustus) "Smitty" (Smith) fired in graphite onto the surface of a mint green on mustard yellow "Peerless Patch." The firing is strong and well-centered, with a tiny amount of scattered graphite. PLEASE NOTE THAT I NO LONGER ACCEPT PAYPAL DUE TO THEIR ONEROUS FEES AND UNFAIR TREATMENT OF MERCHANTS.
