You are bidding on one NEW MIB Margaret Furlong National Celebration Event Angel. Issued in 1999. Item # MFNE-99. This is a 3.5" porcelain angel designed by Margaret Furlong for her 1999 National Celebration Event. It was inspired by her early childhood days in Nebraska when she and her mother would birdwatch the native quail for hours. This angel signifies the nurturing aspects of motherhood. The quail in the nest symbolizes the preparation and protection of home and family and the important role women play in their creation. This would make a great addition to any Margaret Furlong collection or for anyone that collects angels. Box is mint, item is mint. Comes with an acrylic stand in the box for display. Angel can be displayed on stand or hung as an ornament. Will gladly combine shipping. At the moment we only ship to the continental United States. Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding.
