Classic Marilyn Monroe "Golden Dreams" Calendar. The white paper across the photo of Marilyn Monroe is not permanent and is there for the ebay photo only. This is very rare and is a classic photo of an American icon. Photo on advertising calendar from Oliver D. Lippy & Son Tailors Calendar is original 1952 and has all months still intact. This is a wonderful collectable which I found hanging in my grandparents basement in Pennsylvania about 25 years ago and it has been packed in a cedar chest since then The cardboard matting shows some wear but for the most part it is in very good shape. W- 9 1/2 in X L- 16 in. The staples holding the calendar on the matting are slightly rusted adding to the character of this 60 year old item. Monroe picture is not faded or discolored and has title "Golden Dreams" printed on bottom. The advertising on the calendar matting says: Oliver D. Lippy & Son 825 E. Phila. St. YORK, PA Phone 2543
