Here is an A-Mark .999+ pure silver 10 oz bar from my granddad's collection. The bar has an A series serial #Serial number: A8720766 (see picture 3)It is wrapped in plastic but that did not seem to protect it much over the years. The box was thrown around quite a bit. The corners have some slight compression and there are two dark tarnish lines running down the center of the bar (see pics).
