HO Scale Marklin steam locomotive model 3096. Beautiful condition. It is a German (DB) Steam Engine. The Road number is 86 173.The INSTRUCTION BOOKLET is included and looks like it has never been opened. The locomotive and tender are in Pristine Like New condition throughout. The only sign of use is on the contact shoe. It runs strongly in forward and reverse, the telex couplers work fine, and the lights all work. My father bought this new in the 1970s. He may have tested it but I seriously doubt he ran it more than a time or two. View all of the photos to see how remarkable it is. The original box, from the 1970s or 80s is in Excellent condition, but there is a one inch tear in one of the back corners (see photos). Shipping in the US via USPS Priority Mail.
