Something a little different for your layout. In excellent boxed condition Electric Locomotive originally Marklin z #88681.Class 101 Electric locomotive liveried for the Metropolitan Train Service, both trucks powered, 5 pole motor, LED lighting, length over buffers 86mm.Metropolitan was a premium train service operated by Deutsche Bahn AG and ran between Cologne & Hamburg, the service used specially built coaches and travelled at a maximum speed of 220kph., the service only called at Cologne Hauptbahnhof, Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof. Essen Hauptbahnhof & Hamburg Hauptbahnhof with a journey time of 3 hrs 29mins. The service was discontinued in December 2004 due to low profitability.Loco is test run all OK, all paperwork included, excellent condition box. A very unusual locomotive for your layout.
