Unit powers on, all functions work. This rack mount unit was slid in and out of a rack, so scratching on top and bottom are visible. Foot switch also shows scratches from use- see photo of front and side. If you want to replace tubes, eBay is a good place. Range from $29 to $49, depending on tube.
