Marxville Ranch House and Barn ... 1950's from Lloyd Marx Looks great for being a 60yrs old collectible ..!!. The parts seem complete, but please look closely at all the pictures to ensure you are satisfied, I am unaware of all that it could be as I have NO boxes/inventory list . Look at ALL the accessories you get, a produce wagon, six fence pieces, slide, lawn chair, table, umbrella, and a shade tree....!!! Marx buildings are accepted as MUCH more collectible/valuable than K-Line and Plasticville ... Will try to describe condition as best as I can for you.... The barn is glued together, but the silo slides out from the barn, and there is a broken/missing part of the front roof. The ranch house has a little of the lattice missing over the front entrance, the chimney is glued together, picture 7 shows a crack repair made with liquid glue but it is just as strong as the rest of the front wall piece , the front door has a couple drops of glue holding it in place, there is evidence of decades old glue remnant on the interior wall that holds up the chimney and in the corner tabs that would be inside of the building and hence essentially invisible, the table/umbrella can be fixed with a round toothpick with points at each end to fit the holes, there is a broken rail on one of the fence pieces but it should still interconnect.
