Don't miss your chance to own an exceedingly rare Marx Road & Rail combo set, including a vintage original set box, in excellent condition. This circa 1960's set, was a well known feature of many a Sears Store toy department display. This auction includes the original wiring diagram and instruction set (in well used condition), but clearly documents the magic of Marx Racing, as well as all original guardrail, original controllers, and track clips. Alas, the Marx train pak went the way of the past, but the Tyco transformer works like a charm! And it has the necessary AC & DC wiring outlets to make the crossing gates work as the cars approach when the train is coming around the bend! This layout is turn-key, tested, ready to reassemble in your home. I was amazed at how easy this was to assemble and play/test with. Somebody did a really great job restoring this back to the way it was when some kid was surprised one holiday season, back in the ‘60s! Will easily fit on any 4X8 table!
