A Marx #3982 Roy rogers Double R Bar ranch playset from 1962. Beautiful set in excellent condition.A 54mm set and it is the last Marx playset with Roy's name on it. The box is the very attractive and hard to find one with Roy on trigger rearing up on the cover, probably the best cover art they ever did on Roy Rogers. It is in good condition, about a C6+ on a scale of 1 to 10. There is some internal clear tape inside the box along the hinge of the cover and 2 side flaps. Has general wear and light flaking in spots and a tear repair on front edge. Overall it still is a good looking box. It has a replacement divider. The original instruction sheet is good with small edge tears.There are 8 original colored bags with names all in fair to good condition. Contents all in excellent condition and include; white gateway with Roy Roger name on it, 10 matched fence sections ( I think there should be 16),the three chute cattle pens in excellent condition,nice matched outdoor accessory set all perfect,a red wagon wheel, a double row tree and cacti and a complete 34 piece cowboy accessory sprue in the tough brown color. The tin cabin is assembled and has almost no wear, the hard plastic two piece chimney and porch are both in perfect condition.This set was one of the few to get a nellybelle red jeep complete with roll bar in nice condition ( the
