1960's Marx Tin Doll House. Two stories, carport, plastic "wrought iron" posts (missing corner post by garage), horse head post (missing one) and chain. It consists of two bedrooms~one pink, one blue, a turquoise bathroom, a peachy kitchen and a peach and gold living room. On the back of the carport is a rack for garden tools. Lithographed accents include a green lawn, bright flowers around the front walk-way, white shutters, window flower boxes, and a shingled roof. This classic colonial measures approximately 26"Long x 14.5"Wide x 15" Tall (including the chimney). Turquoise front door matches the turquoise outside upper level. Door swings open and close. Age appropriate wear~rust spots here and there, dinks in the tin, paint loss especially on the roof. Looks as if big brother must have roughed up the drive way with a toy car~scratching and paint loss present. Room graphics still look good, holding lots of color, seems pretty sturdy. Full of charm and whimsy. Reminds me of mine as a kid! Shipping fully assembled. I pack well, but don't trust myself undoing the tabs! Box is large~shipping will be Parcel Post and calculated to your zip. Pleaselook at photos closely. Sold as is, as found. No returns. Questions welcomed! No international shipping.
