Item on auction consists of the mannequin, the disk, and the foot rod. 2. Color and make-up : It is flesh toned and has detailed professional make-up, and human hair eyelashes. 3. Detachable parts: Both hands, arms, left leg and upper torso are detachable for easy set up and dress. 4. Measurements Height Shoulder to Shoulder Bust Waist Hips 6' 2.4" 20.86" 37.4" 30" 36.6" 5. Material: fiber glass reinforced plastic. With this material, the mannequin features light weight and durable use. 6. Condition: brand new in original factory package. General Information 1. Make-up : All full-size mannequins have professional make-up unless otherwise stated. Please note that mannequins are handcrafts, so make-up may vary slightly from the pictures. 2. Body proportions and symmetry: Mannequins are for visual display, so some proportions may not be the same as live human beings. For example, one leg may be smaller than the other. In very RARE cases, t may be slightly noticeable scratch or dent in places to be covered by clothes. This does not affect durability or professional displaying, and is not considered as a defect. Please keep in mind that mannequins are handcrafts, not made by machines. 3. Assembling: Assembling and disassembling are fairly easy. It is much easier for two people to assemble some parts at first use, but one person can handle the assembling in most cases. If you never used a mannequin, please feel free to ask for instructions for assembling. 4. Damage: We check every mannequin before shipping and make sure that t is no factory defect or damage. If you find any damage after receiving the item, please notify us immediately and provide your daytime telephone number via email. A replacement will be shipped without any additional cost to buyer within one week (usually after the carrier inspects the damage(s). 5. Return: If you are not satisfied with this product for any reason within two (2) days after the mannequin is delivered, you can return the mannequin to us within this time frame. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all the shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 20% of your purchase value is applicable. T shall be no damage or scratch on the return item and it shall be in its original package with all original packing materials. 6. Sales tax : If your shipping address is in State of Kansas , we have to collect 7.525% sales tax. 7. Shipping and handling: Shipping and handling within contiguous US via DHL Ground is $59.95. This rate includes handling fee and shipping insurance. Sorry we can NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Winner needs to provide a Confirmed Address for shipping if No pick-up is available for any of our auctions. We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any country/region outside USA.
