You are looking at the: a set of Vintage Brand new MASI frame decals Wet Transfer (see installation tips for help below) Second photo shows the colors of the decals. Main decal Masi letters are YELLOW and the word Gran Criterium letters are WHITE. All the flags are in the color of the countries colors. includes large (8" horizontal) downtube or toptube double decal with words MASI GRAN CRITERIUM includes two head or seattube head badges that say MASI 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" includes one MASI signature decals 2 3/4" x 1" LOT includes CAMPAGNOLO regular sticky decal (not wet transfer) NOTE: I am also including an extra piece of similiar decal for you to use as a test. Do not use the set of decals until you feel ready to do so. NOTE: the application of these decals requires a degree of dexterity and concentration. If you feel you cannot apply this decal yourself, any auto detailer, or body shop can apply it for you. Ray10spd cannot responsible for replacing decals that hav been damaged during application. It does take practice to install these WET TRANSFER decals. This is why we are giving you a small piece of extra decal to use for a practice. Wet Transfer Method: Prepare a solution of clean water and a few drops of liquid dish detergent. The cleaned surface is to be thoroughly wet down with this solution. A spray bottle works best for this. NOTE: Below freezing temperatures will make it impossible to use the wet transfer method. Cold surfaces will cause the liquid to freeze on contact, and ruin the application. These Decals apply best in temperatures above 50 degrees F. Warmer temperatures also allow for any remaining water to evaporate from under the Decal faster, and speed the curing of the adhesive. This will increase the life of the Decal. My recommendation is not to apply the Decal at all below 50 degrees F. Create any alignment marks on the Decal and the surface as in the Dry Transfer Method. Wet the surface with the solution. This next step can be tricky with large Decals. NOTE: When removing the release liner from the decal, be careful not to let the exposed adhesive touch ANYTHING before aplication. Remove the release liner and place the Decal, still attached to the transfer tape , to the thoroughly wetted surface. The Decal can now be moved and repositioned correctly, as it will slide on the thin film of solution trapped between the vinyl Decal and the surface. When the Decal is in the final location, use a small stiff squeegee (or credit card) to squeeze the water and detergent solution out from under the Decal. The transfer tape will protect the Decal during this process. Be sure to squeegee as much solution as possible from under the Decal. Take your time, because if not enough solution is removed from under the Decal, it will not adhere to the surface enough to allow the easy removal of the transfer tape . NOTE: The lower the temperature, the less the decal will adhere to the intended surface, but over time, will cure and adhere properly. When through with the squeegee, the transfer tape can be carefully removed. Work the Decal with your fingers, and a soft, absorbent cloth around the edges to remove any remaining solution. Warm weather is best for this application. If there are bubbles present under the Decal that cannot be removed by working them to the edge of the Decal with your fingers, then a small pin or needle can be used to puncture the Decal at the bubble, and remove the air (or water). A small pin hole will not be seen after the air bubble has been worked out with the fingers. Do not worry about very small bubbles, they will disappear over time as the decal warms in the sun. Do not be concerned with the apparent lack of adhesion between the decal and the surface. As the solution evaporates, the adhesive will bond with the surface and create a durable and lasting application.
