DESCRIPTION : You are bidding on a MAGNIFICENT s terling silver necklace that was handwrought in Taxco, Mexico, after 1978. This necklace is masterfully crafted in a beautiful and bold design in a shell motif. The front of the necklace has a large central pendent (3-1/3" wide and 3" long) that has a large sea shell with two smaller shell accents on either side ~ t are silver shell links on either side of the central pendant that complete the necklace. The links are connected with thick soldered silver jump rings. The clasp is a tongue and box closure that works perfectly and closes with a crisp 'click'. This is truly a bold and beautiful necklace ~ it REALLY makes a statement and WILL get noticed! It is a classic and timeless Mexican necklace that will always be in vogue ~ a grand asset to any Taxco silver collection!
