Mata Ortiz Master Artist, DORA QUEZADA 1997 Detailed Classic "Museum Quality" Pottery Dora is the daughter of Consolacin Quezada and Lupe Corona. Her uncle, Juan Quezada, is the founder of the Mata Ortiz pottery art movement. Dora has been doing pottery for over twenty years and likes to do the painting, carving and shining. She works at her own home and has a distinctive abstract style. Dora was originally taught by Juan Quezeda and her Mother Consolacion. Consolacion is the older sister of Juan Quezada.
