This is The Sunshine Family Home by Mattel. It is in good condition and has the original roof. The house is clean and in overall good shape with four distinct rooms. It folds up and comes with it's original box which is also in good shape. It is missing one of the "plugs" that separates two walls which I have pictured. Also included is some furniture. Their is a table, high chair, chair, a chest, a rocking chair that needs some repair but has all it's parts. Also a crib and I think a coat hanger as well as a cardboard TV Set. Their is also part of a bed but it is missing the foot board. Comes with the Whole Sunshine family as well including the father, mother, two sisters and a brother also two babies. All the dolls are in excellent condition and are marked on their necks 1973 Mattel, Inc. They all come dressed and four of the dolls have shoes. Two Mattel Sunshine books not pictured are included. This is from a smoke free home.
