This is a German Military 98K Scope made by Oigee in Berlin. It is a 4 X power scope that is adjustable for clear viewing. The lenses are clear with no scratches, chips, or most important fog. It is a crystal clear view. As seen in the scans t is paint wear on the brass fittings from age I would guess. It has the military Picket Post aiming system. All knobs and adjustments work perfectly. The scope is 10 5/8 long and around 25mm w the scope would mount to the scope base. It has been in the family many years and time for a new home for someone who can use it as it was intended to, A great find and a wonderful addition to your collection or to mount on your rifle. NOTE: The light showing in the scan is reflection from the sunlight, not the lenses. I had doubts of showing this as someone might think the lenses were foggy, WHICH THEY ARE NOT.
