Up for bids, MAX 21 a horse handicapping software. The software comes on a plain CD as originally received from RPM Information Systems. The CD downloaded just fine on my computer, that has a WINDOWS 7, 64 bit operating system. It should download okay on a WINDOWS XP 32 bit operating system as well. So if you don't have either of those two kinds of operating system, I wouldn't bid on this software. Here is a link to the RPM Information website, if you wish to read some more info on the MAX 21 system. /max-21-pp-software/ Note: As a bonus, the CD also contains another handicapping method called the DOUBLE DOZEN SYSTEM.
