Used, but in great condition. Without the box or instructions.We had loads of fun with this but we have outgrown it now.Works well with Melissa and Doug/Plan Toys wooden dollhouse people.Let your kids' imagination run wild!As well as the treehouse, we are including the chairlift set and clamp winch which you can attach to something else and allow people to access the upper levels of the treehouse without using the ladders (see photo)We have replaced some of the bolts with wing nuts and replaced the rope on the chairlift.
