Up for auction is this beautiful McCoy wall vase. It is 6 3/4 inches tall from the bottom to the tip of the tail. It is 5 inches wide from one side of the flower to the other. It is 2 inches deep. The color of the flower is pink with blue on the inside of the petals. The leaves are a lovely pale green and the bird is a light blue with pink on the top of the head, wings and tip of the tail. It is in absolutlely excellent condition. To be extremely accurate. T is a very, very tiny little bump, about the size of the tip of a ball point pen. It is under the glaze and paint and clearly was a tiny bit of clay not removed from the piece before paint and glazing. It truly isn't noticeable, but I always like to be extremely accurate when describing the piece. So while you would probably never notice it and it certainly does not distract from the piece, I always like to include every detail. T is a mark on the bottom of the backside of the piece that reads McCoy. It is just a gorgeous piece for the McCoy collector. I have 3 and I am finally willing to part with one.
