Older vintage forage cap by the distinguished Bill Wickham of Dirty Billy's Hats.Patterned after a style made by the M. Thompson and Charles Goodrich Co. of Cincinnati. These forage caps had various styles of visor and disc shape. It is noted that these caps are taller specimens. Follows the McDowell style. Has eagle & shield kepi-size buttons, functional chinstrap and unbound peaked leather visor. Size is approximately 7 & 1/4. Made during the 1990's, it does not appear to have seen any field usage.
