This and all other plates and plate-related items that are titled "McPLATES" are from the collection of license plate collector Pat McMahon, of Charlotte, North Carolina. Although I rarely sell on eBay, I have been commissioned to sell Pat's entire collection of plates, which includes an extensive collection of worldwide motorcycle plates, as well as a good amount of other items, including club memorabilia, special ALPCA, CCC and NPCC plates.
