This is a lovely 14" Madame Alexander doll #1561 "Samantha Gold" is still in her original box from a doll store which has closed. This doll was produced in 1991 as part of the Classics Collection. She has long blond hair in the "crimped" style which was very popular when she was made. Her eyes work fine and are green, a color Alexander hasn't used often except for the Scarlet O'Hara dolls..She has her original tag on her arm, and the dress has the original tag (see pics). Her lovely gown is layers of metallic gold net and gold lame with a matching headpiece and gold ballerina style shoes with white hose & undies.(see Pictures). The doll and dress are in perfect condition, probably never out of the box till I removed her for the pictures. The box is in great condition and the label says Samantha Gold 1561.. Stand is not included. The original box will be protected with a shipping box. Most items I sell are used, vintage, or antique so may not be perfect due to wear or age.
