FULL SIZE GENUINE British War Medal named 22111 Pte H Clarke Manch R With research and copy Newspaper article. Harry Clarke was born in Manchester in 1880, he lived with his parents Alfred and Ann at 15 Moor Street, Rusholme, Manchester He was killed by shellfire on 8 May 1916 aged 36 years whilst serving with 'X' Platoon, 'C' Company 23rd Battalion Manchester Regiment and now rests in the St Vaast Post Military Cemetery, Richebourg-L'Avoule, France. Very Good (GVF) Condition
