This is for an old leg brace for I'm guessing Polio. Comes with a ladys shoe. All straps and buckles are in good working order and the leather is quite good. Flexes well at knee joint and a few signs of rust. I will try to answer any questions as best I canThe total height from base of shoe to top of thigh strap is 80cm. Bottom of shoe to knee is 50cm. Width at thigh strap top is 20cm.width at calf strap is 12cm, shoe size is 5/6I forgot to add that the knees lock when catch is slid up and down
