Mehano / IHC PRR 5-stripe maroon GG1 # 4828 that comes to you with box and paper. Has some rubs and scuffs on one end as seen in photo. Primary fault - when power is applied it wants to go, but starts to smoke from the motor. Secondary issues - needs coupler attached at one end - coupler included, but not the little plug that holds it in place. Some paint loss on one pantagraph. Very clean underneath - no dirt or grime - shows little or no runwear. It's too nice to toss, so its sold for repair or parts.
