Franz Anton Mehlem Decorative Collector's Plate in good condition measuring 11 3/8" across. Decal of Cabbage Roses in shades of dark pink with mint leaves; background is a rich gold & tan. Manufactured between 1887 and 1920, t is quite a bit of crazing and slight roughness in one spot as you run your finger around the back of the rim...rather smooth to the touch so I believe them to have been t a very long time (some may interpret this as a teeny chip but if so, very tiny indeed). One 2" crack running from the edge on back only, does not show through to front of plate. Quite a bit of discoloration on back and a tiny black dot on one of the roses on the right front, but still a beautiful plate from very long ago in good condition! Thank you for looking.
